[ Top ] [ Table of Contents ]When The Internet Mine was originally launched, a great deal of effort was made finding, encouraging, and making appropriate link exchanges. In time, it became apparent the process was very time consuming. Many websites, requesting link exchanges, were not as they presented themselves. Others would appear and disappear from the Internet like a revolving door. So, it was time to change course.
The following is our current link policy.
- Desired Links: The Internet Mine is a reference website. We are only interested in links, providing valuable information. If a site's primary objective is selling products with little relevant content, it would not be of interest to us.
- Current Links: We are continually reviewing the links found within our reference desks. Some may stay. Some may go.
- Link Submission: If you feel your website falls within our link policy and would be of benefit to explorers at The Internet Mine, send us an email. Briefly explain the merits of your website from a reference point of view. Let us know what reference desk you think would be an appropriate home. We will look into it. If your website fits, we post a link and let you know.
- Placing Links From The Internet Mine: If you find one of our page links would be beneficial on your website, feel free to post the link. We ask that you keep the page title, and subtitle the same. A complete list of links to The Internet Mine along with their respective link codes and descriptions can be found here.
